Matt’s first professional job was as a recruiter, and he thrived in that role. He took his drive and determination and founded his own company in 1998, with just himself and a small team. They hit the ground running with nothing but a phone book and kept a filing cabinet full of resumes. Year by year, client by client, and consultant by consultant, Adame Services grew. In fact, we were consistently recognized as one of the fastest-growing employment agencies in Sheridan.
